PMweb awards engagements wholly on the basis of suitability. Factors regularly taken into consideration are length of experience, location, previous relevant projects, qualifications and expertise in the relevant industry or construction sector. Increasing your level in any of these categories significantly increases the chances of appointment.

PMWeb is a resource web, matching international construction projects with independent qualified project managers worldwide.
Many of the world's largest companies use PMWeb and the facilities of its sponsor Sunbury Heights Group to source project and cost management services outside of their home markets. But its not just project and cost management professionals we seek, it is also engineers capable and experienced in technical due diligence work and best practice quality controllers - in total, a complete PM team.
The projects you see listed on the right are live projects, updated hourly, requiring specialist on-the-ground local project management services. PMWeb has already verified these opportunities. The vast majority are from blue-chip corporations, only the names are omitted from the listing due to client confidentiality. On the far right of this page you will see two sections, enabling you to log-on, if you are already a registered member of PMweb. All projects will be contracted through the PMWeb by the Sunbury Heights Group. All contracts with independent professionals shall be through the PMWeb with the Sunbury Heights Group
